As our world becomes increasingly faster-paced, our business needs are ever-changing. It’s more important than ever to develop software in smaller increments so that we are able to release products sooner. These products may not have all of the bells and whistles, but the sooner they are deployed for public consumption, the sooner we are able to market, track and improve them.

Continual improvement is the key to product development and increased market-shares. Continued product improvement requires continued personal assessment and improvement. This is the core the agile mindset; creating healthy interactions that empower individuals to openly reflect and continually improve.
